Maura Torpe, the shop, is located at 4 Birch Hill Road in the beautiful village of Locust Valley, NY alongside some of the most respected designers and antique shops in NY. At Maura Torpe, we represent the exclusive line of Loro Piana interior fabrics, throws and furniture. You will also find hand-selected, unique objects and antiques from Maura’s travels through Europe and the US.
Starting in 2022 Maura Torpe Designs entered into a collaboration with J. Mackey Gallery of East Hampton, offering a curated selection of contemporary art to the Locust Valley community. J. Mackey represents emerging as well as established artists with an emphasis on Long Island artists. Owner Justine McEnerney is committed to fostering the impact art has to aesthetically enhance spaces, provoke thought and stimulate the senses through a variety of mediums. Featured artists include: Arthur Pinajian (1914-1999), Phyllis Baker Hammond, Eliza Geddes and Ellen Ball.
